You’ll be part of a Community Adult Social Work Team, working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities, supporting individuals with complex needs to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
The Role
You will:
Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
Work with Court of Protection cases and complex decision-making
Apply strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interests
Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff where required
Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred outcomes
This role is ideal for a confident, experienced practitioner who enjoys autonomy while being well supported.
What You’ll Need
Social Work qualification
Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
