FM Search & Select are recruiting on behalf of a well-established facilities management company that specialises in delivering maintenance services across social housing contracts throughout the Central Belt.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Domestic Gas Engineer looking to join a business that genuinely invests in its people. The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive works across occupied social housing properties, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.
Duties will include:
* Fault finding and repair of domestic gas heating systems.
* Boiler servicing and maintenance.
* Domestic boiler installations and replacements.
* Diagnosing and resolving heating and hot water faults.
* Completing associated paperwork and compliance documentation.
* Providing excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
* Working safely and in line with current Gas Safe regulations.
What We're Looking For
* ACS Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 or equivalent).
* Experience carrying out fault finding and repairs.
* Experience installing domestic boilers.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop your career.
