The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience in localisation, translation, transcreation, brand implementation, creative production, artwork or FMCG packaging?
We are partnering with a successful London-based FMCG packaging agency that works with leading retailers and global consumer brands.
They are looking for an organised and detail-focused International Project Manager to manage complex projects across multiple European markets, becoming a key contact for an important international retail account.
This role would suit someone who enjoys managing detailed projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard.

The Role
As International Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing international projects across multiple European markets
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Coordinating localisation, translation and brand implementation projects
* Managing packaging artwork adaptations and approval processes
* Working with designers, artwork specialists and production partners
* Managing project timelines, budgets and delivery schedules
* Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
* Supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities to improve delivery
* Ensuring brand consistency across different markets and product categories
About You
We are looking for a Project Manager who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing international stakeholders.
You may have experience within:
* Translation or localisation project management
* Transcreation or multilingual project delivery
* FMCG packaging
* Packaging artwork management
* Brand implementation
* Creative production
* Print production
* Marketing or creative agencies
You will have:
* Proven experience managing projects from brief to completion
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confidence working with clients, suppliers and internal teams
* A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability
