Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Mortgage Performance & Development Manager / Mortgage Trainer for a leading Financial Services organisation covering Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Trainer looking to move into a coaching and development position with genuine high earnings and outstanding career progression.

Duties

* Coach Mortgage Advisors.

* Deliver onboarding.

* Improve Mortgage & Protection sales.

* Conduct T&C observations.

* Support advisor development.

* Deliver KPI reviews.

* Mentor new recruits.

* Analyse branch performance.

* Support continuous improvement.

Requirements

* CeMAP Qualified.

* Mortgage advice experience.

* Coaching or leadership experience preferred.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Strong protection knowledge.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
