Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a leading global logistics company based in Stanford-le-Hope. The Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods throughout the warehouse. Duties will include:
* Safely loading and unloading trailers using a Counterbalance forklift.
* Putting stock away into the correct warehouse locations.
* Moving products efficiently throughout the warehouse.
* Assisting with order movement and stock control.
* Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.
* Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company standards.
* Supporting the wider warehouse team during busy periods.
Please note that this position is hands on as well as operating the FLT.
What We're Looking For
* A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).
* Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Ability to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis.
* A flexible approach with a willingness to undertake general warehouse duties when required.
* Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
* Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
Desirable Experience
The following experience would be advantageous, but is not essential:
* Groupage operations
* Flexi/Bendi forklift
* Pivot Steer forklift
