Tradewind Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established Multi-Academy Trust in Barnsley to recruit passionate Primary Teachers for supply opportunities across its family of schools.

About the Role

As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching cover across a number of Trust schools throughout Barnsley. Assignments may range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, offering excellent opportunities to develop professionally and establish relationships within the Trust.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons where required.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different classes and year groups.
Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.To be considered, you will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have recent experience teaching within UK primary settings.
Possess strong classroom management and communication skills.
Be adaptable, proactive and able to work confidently in new environments.
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.What Tradewind Recruitment can offer:
