My client is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Multi Trade Operatives to join their growing responsive repairs and maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position working within occupied social housing properties, carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance work to a high standard
Undertake basic plumbing repairs and minor installations
Complete carpentry repairs, adjustments, and general joinery tasks
Carry out a wide range of reactive maintenance and property repairs
Work efficiently within occupied and tenanted properties
Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with company standards
Use handheld PDA systems to manage and update jobs
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
Strong plastering experience (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
Multi-skilled background with plumbing and carpentry experience desirable
Experience working within social housing, repairs, or maintenance environments
Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience using PDAs or mobile working technology
NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification desirable
Full UK Driving Licence
Able to pass a DBS check
