Rate: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour (DOE)
We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a leading bespoke joinery manufacturer producing high-quality furniture, interiors and joinery for commercial, hospitality and retail projects.
Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency and accuracy.
The Role
* Set up and operate CNC woodworking machinery.
* Manufacture bespoke joinery components from technical drawings and production schedules.
* Load materials and monitor machining processes.
* Work closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.
* Maintain machinery and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience operating CNC woodworking machinery within a joinery or cabinet manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Experience with CNC software such as Cabinet Vision, WoodWOP, AlphaCAM, BiesseWorks or similar would be advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Good understanding of woodworking materials and machining processes.
* Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
