Must have’s
* Previous recruitment consultancy experience, ideally within a 360 recruitment environment
* Proven success working towards and achieving recruitment targets and KPIs
* Strong business development and relationship management skills
* Ability to confidently manage client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
* Commercially driven with a passion for achieving results
* Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service to clients and candidates

So, what will you be doing?
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to successful placement
Taking ownership of your own portfolio of roles, clients and candidate relationships
Developing trusted partnerships with hiring managers and providing expert recruitment advice
Winning new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts
Sourcing, engaging and attracting high-quality candidates within your specialist market
Conducting detailed candidate interviews to understand skills, motivations and career aspirations
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a first-class experience for clients and candidates
Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment guidance
Building long-term relationships through credibility, trust and exceptional service
Identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the continued success of the business
Collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting team success
