Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

We’re recruiting an experienced Picker/Packer to join a busy warehouse team in Wickford. This role is ideal for someone who has recently worked in a warehouse or picking/packing environment and is confident working at pace.
The Role
Picking customer orders accurately using a handheld scanner
Following pick lists and location codes to find stock
Packing orders carefully and securely, ready for dispatch
Labelling parcels and checking orders for accuracy before they leave the warehouse
Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised
Supporting general warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Recent previous warehouse or picker/packer experience is essential
Confident using handheld scanners (training on site systems provided)
Strong accuracy and attention to detail when working at speed
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift and handling light to medium lifting.
