What you'll be doing:

What you'll bring:

Essential skills and qualifications:
* Experience in administrative or clerical roles, ideally within a public sector environment
* Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection standards
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Desirable skills:
* Familiarity with probation or criminal justice systems
* Experience using case management software
