About the role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play an important part in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can flourish.
You'll:
* Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
* Support children's development through engaging play and creative activities
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Ensure children's safety and wellbeing are always your top priority
* Help create an exciting learning environment where curiosity and imagination are encouraged
* Observe, assess and support each child's individual development
* Work as part of a caring and collaborative team
We're looking for someone who has
* A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, NNEB or equivalent) or QTS
* Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
* A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient and approachable nature
* A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
