The Role
As a Helpdesk Coordinator you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring maintenance requests and service calls are dealt with efficiently from start to finish.
Working within a busy helpdesk team, you'll liaise with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure work is completed within agreed service levels while keeping customers updated throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Log and coordinate reactive maintenance requests.
* Schedule engineers and contractors.
* Monitor jobs through to completion.
* Keep customers updated on progress.
* Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
* Escalate urgent issues where required.
* Maintain accurate records using the helpdesk system.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
About You
You'll be organised, proactive and enjoy working in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
You'll ideally have experience in one of the following:
* Facilities Management helpdesk
* Service desk or maintenance coordination
* Customer service
* Service administration
* Automotive or consultative sales
* Scheduling or planning
You'll also have:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
* Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
* A positive, solutions-focused approach.
* The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Knowledge of Facilities Management or CAFM/helpdesk systems would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
