We are looking for a Branch Manager in Livingston for our client who are a well known name in the construction supply sector where you will take full ownership of the branch, leading from the front to ensure exceptional customer service, strong commercial performance and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilties
* Leading and inspiring a high-performing branch team

What We Need From You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced trade environment and knows what it takes to run a successful branch.
You'll bring:
* Previous Branch Management experience within a builders merchant, construction supply, building materials or similar trade environment
* Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to grow sales and improve branch performance
* Experience leading, motivating and developing successful teams
* Excellent customer service and business development skills
* A hands-on leadership style and a proactive approach
* Strong IT and organisational skills
