As a recruitment agency, we are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services on newly built and refurbished properties before handover.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out sparkle cleans and final builders cleans.
* Remove dust, debris, paint splashes, stickers, and construction residue.
* Clean windows, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and all interior surfaces.
* Ensure properties are presented to a high standard for client handover.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous builders cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, punctual
* CSCS card is advantageous but not essential
