We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a critical healthcare environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious contract, ensuring essential electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Working as part of a professional Estates team, you'll play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance while supporting the reliable operation of a live critical site.

⚡ What you'll be doing:
🔧 Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance

⚙️ Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently

🛠️ Ensuring electrical installations comply with current regulations and industry standards

📋 Supporting statutory inspections, testing, and certification

🚨 Responding to emergency breakdowns and prioritising critical systems

💻 Maintaining accurate maintenance records using CAFM systems

🤝 Liaising with contractors and internal teams to support engineering works

🦺 Working safely within a live critical environment while following Health & Safety procedures

👷‍♂️ What we're looking for:
🔹 NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering

🔹 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

🔹 Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or a similar maintenance environment

🔹 Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

🔹 Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices

✅ Experience working within healthcare or other critical environments

✅ Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
