We are currently recruiting on behalf of an Worcester Acute NHS Trust in the West Midlands for experienced 18 Week RTT Validation Administrators to join an urgent validation project.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with proven NHS RTT validation experience to support the Trust in ensuring accurate patient pathway management and compliance with the 18-week Referral to Treatment (RTT) standards.
Key Responsibilities
Validate 18 Week RTT patient pathways in line with national guidance.
Review, update and maintain accurate patient records.
Input and extract data using Patient Administration Systems (PAS).
Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Work independently while supporting the wider RTT validation programme.
Ensure compliance with NHS RTT policies and local procedures.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years' NHS experience managing patient pathways.
Previous experience in an 18 Week RTT Validation role.
Strong working knowledge of PAS, particularly Oasis.
Excellent understanding of national and local 18 Week RTT guidance.
Proven experience using Microsoft Excel.
Experience inputting, extracting and validating data.
Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
GCSEs (or equivalent) or relevant work experience.

Immediate start available.
Full local systems training will be provided by the Trust.
