Quality Manager Job Overview
Take ownership of the company's ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System
Develop quality procedures, Project Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans
Manage quality assurance across formwork, reinforcement, concreting and cast-in items
Oversee permit-to-pour processes, concrete testing and defect investigations
Manage NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Lead internal audits and support external certification audits
Produce quality KPIs and performance reports for the senior management team
Support and develop Project Managers, Quality Engineers and site teams
Promote a right-first-time quality culture across the businessQuality Manager Job Requirements
Strong quality management experience within reinforced concrete, civil engineering or construction
Detailed understanding of concrete quality, reinforcement, formwork and temporary works
Experience managing ISO 9001 systems and quality audits
Knowledge of Inspection and Test Plans, Project Quality Plans and NCR processes
Willingness to travel across projects from the Midlands to the Scottish Borders
