How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Project Management Support specialist to join our Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team. In this role, you will be the administrative and operational backbone for our industrial facility launch.

You will directly support the launch of industrial systems, manage the operational tooling CapEx pipeline, track quality actions (PFMEA), and ensure seamless reporting to ME leadership. If you excel at bridging the gap between technical engineering requirements, vendor management, and financial workflows, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. System Launch Support

    * System Coordination: Provide dedicated project support for the launch of the industrial system.

    * NC Coordination: Log, track, and drive resolution for Non-Conformances (NCs) identified during equipment installation and commissioning.

    * Snag List Management: Own the master snag list; collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure all defects are closed out prior to sign-off.

    * Technical Documentation: Manage, organize, and archive all system-specific documentation, manuals, and validation certificates.

    1. Tooling, CAPEX & Supplier Management

    * Financial Workflows: Prepare Capital Expenditure (CapEx) requests, process invoices, and manage Goods Receipts (GRs) for Equipping Operational Tooling.

    * Change Management: Raise Change Proposals (CPs) and actively manage the end-to-end processing of Change Proposals with external suppliers.

    * Budget Tracking: Monitor tooling expenditures against the allocated budget to prevent overruns during the critical launch phase.

    1. Risk Mitigation & Quality Coordination

    * PFMEA Actions Tracking: Coordinate and drive action items resulting from Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) sessions, ensuring ownership and timely closure by the engineering team.

    * Escalation Management: Highlight lagging quality or engineering actions that pose a risk to the launch timeline,

    1. ME Reporting & Documentation Management

    * Dashboards & KPIs: Own the weekly and monthly progress reporting framework for the Manufacturing Engineering department.

    * Meeting Facilitation: Structure and document regular review meetings, capturing clear action items and maintaining accountability across cross-functional teams.

    Skills Required:

    * Experience: 2–4 years of project coordination experience within a heavy industrial, automotive, or aerospace manufacturing environment ideally during a facility launch or major line equipping phase.

    * Financial & Procurement Experience: Direct experience handling CapEx requests, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Goods Receipts (GRs).

    * Technical Literacy: Familiarity with manufacturing quality tools, specifically PFMEA tracking, Non-Conformance (NC) management, and snag list resolution.

    * Supplier Coordination: Proven experience managing Change Proposals (CPs) and timelines with third-party machinery/tooling suppliers.

    * Tools: Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel) and document control platforms.

    Preferred:

    * Experience working with specific proprietary industrial systems (e.g., CIPS or equivalent manufacturing execution/equipping frameworks).

    * A background that blends technical engineering understanding with strong financial/administrative discipline.
