How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Budget Tracking: Monitor tooling expenditures against the allocated budget to prevent overruns during the critical launch phase
PFMEA Actions Tracking: Coordinate and drive action items resulting from Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) sessions, ensuring ownership and timely closure by the engineering team
Escalation Management: Highlight lagging quality or engineering actions that pose a risk to the launch timeline
Dashboards & KPIs: Own the weekly and monthly progress reporting framework for the Manufacturing Engineering department
Meeting Facilitation: Structure and document regular review meetings, capturing clear action items and maintaining accountability across cross-functional teams

    Your skillset may include:

Experience of project coordination within a heavy industrial, automotive, or aerospace manufacturing environment during a facility launch or major line equipping phase
Direct experience handling CapEx requests, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Goods Receipts (GRs)
Familiarity with manufacturing quality tools, specifically PFMEA tracking, Non-Conformance (NC) management, and snag list resolution
Proven experience managing Change Proposals (CPs) and timelines with third-party machinery/tooling suppliers
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel) and document control platforms
Experience working with specific proprietary industrial systems (e.g., CIPS or equivalent manufacturing execution/equipping frameworks)
A background that blends technical engineering understanding with strong financial/administrative discipline

If this all sounds like something you will be interested in then simply apply and we can discuss the opportunity further!
