Metal Finisher
Location: Ashford
Salary: £13.33 per hour
Contract: Permanent & Temp-Perm
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (Alternate Saturday, 7:00am-11:00am)
About the role
Our client is seeking a reliable, hands-on Setter Finisher to join a small, friendly production team in Kent. This is a varied position combining assembly, finishing, preparation and packing to ensure products are ready for installation and delivery. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors in a stable, well-established environment.
Key responsibilities
* Assemble finished products to specification
* Install components and fittings
* Prepare products for dispatch
* Pack completed orders securely
* Carry out final quality checks
* Support general finishing activities
* Work both indoors and outdoors as required
* Ensure orders are accurate and completed on time
About you
* Experience in manufacturing, assembly or production
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working outdoors year-round
* Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
* Able to work independently and take ownership
* Team player willing to support colleagues
