Customer Logistics Analyst
Recruitment Solutions Workforce (RSW) are recruiting for a Customer Logistics Analyst to join a global manufacturing business based in Blaenau Gwent.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics, supply chain or planning experience who enjoys analysing data, improving processes and delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are delivered efficiently while supporting planning, logistics and supply chain operations through effective analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse customer demand and logistics performance.
* Monitor delivery performance and KPI reporting.
* Liaise with customers, production and planning teams.
* Produce reports using Microsoft Excel.
* Maintain ERP system information.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Support supply chain and customer logistics planning.
* Ensure customer requirements are achieved.
Essential Requirements
* Previous logistics, supply chain or planning experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience using ERP or MRP systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
