Duties & Responsibilities
Build, wire and assemble hydraulic manifold systems, valve packs, electrical assemblies and electronic components from engineering drawings and work instructions.
Carry out electrical wiring of components, sub-assemblies and control systems to required quality and customer standards.
Diagnose and resolve assembly, wiring and electrical faults efficiently.
Assemble and configure sub-components, ensuring correct settings and functionality.
Complete PCB wiring and soldering activities where required.
Follow mechanical and electrical drawings, testing procedures and ISO quality standards throughout production.
Complete production documentation, certificates and system data entry accurately.
Support wider production, warehouse and housekeeping activities while maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Education & Skills Required
Previous experience within an electrical assembly, wiring, manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, assembly drawings and technical instructions.
Knowledge of electrical, electronic and hydraulic assembly techniques.
Strong fault-finding, quality control and problem-solving skills.
Good computer literacy and confidence using business systems and production records.
Reliable team player with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn new products, procedures and technologies.
