The Reality of the Role
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you are responsible for keeping vacancies filled and clients running.
Recruitment doesn’t always operate within standard office hours — this role requires flexibility, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional out-of-hours/on-call support.
Deadlines are tight, priorities change quickly, and you’ll often be working against the clock.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
•Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calls
•Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
•Filling vacancies to tight deadlines — often same-day or next-day
•Managing multiple roles, candidates, and bookings at once
•Handling last-minute issues such as no-shows, sickness, and cancellations
•Keeping regular contact with candidates to confirm availability and attendance
•Supporting consultants and ensuring client requirements are met
•Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
