We're recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new Ofsted-regulated children's residential home providing emergency and crisis placements for children and young people with complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to establish a new service, recruit your own team and create a safe, therapeutic environment supporting children affected by trauma, EBD, CCE, CSE, emotional dysregulation, mental health needs and safeguarding risks.
The Role
Register and manage the home with Ofsted.
Lead, motivate and develop the care team.
Ensure excellent safeguarding, compliance and quality standards.
Deliver trauma-informed, child-centred care.
Work closely with Local Authorities and partner agencies.
Requirements
Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to register.
Minimum 2 years' management/supervisory experience in a children's residential home.
Experience supporting children with complex trauma, EBD, CCE/CSE and safeguarding concerns.
Good knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
Full UK Driving Licence.
