Are you a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner looking for a stable days-based role in a small family-run business known for high-end bespoke kitchens offering progression into Management as the company grows?

This is an opportunity to join a growing, family-run business that designs and manufactures individually made cabinetry for high-end residential projects. You will work on varied, one-off pieces rather than repetitive production-line furniture, seeing projects develop from technical drawings through to completed cabinetry.

The role would suit someone from a bespoke furniture, kitchen, cabinet-making or joinery background who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. There is also longer-term potential to progress into workshop supervision or management as the business continues to grow.

The Role

Manufacture high-end bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture and cabinetry
Read and work from technical and production drawings
Cut, machine, assemble and finish cabinetry components
Work closely with other members of the workshop team
Overtime available when required, with increased availability during busy project periods
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 3:45pm
The Person

Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker or similar
Background producing bespoke kitchens, furniture, cabinetry or architectural joinery
Looking to join a small family-run company
Able to manufacture detailed cabinetry from drawings
Confident using workshop machinery, power tools and hand tools
Reliable, conscientious and able to work effectively as part of a team
