Staffline is recruiting Stores Operatives in Ashbourne.
The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour.
This is a full-time role working the twilight shift whilst undertaking training, 16:45pm to 01:15am, then moving to a night shift 22:00pm to 06:30am from 14th September onwards.
Your Time at Work
As a Stores Operatives your duties include:
- Loading/unloading lorries as required and ensuring that deliveries are correct whilst completing all relevant paperwork and computer systems
- Ensuring the correct procedure for the despatch of finished goods
- Liaising with departments in order to anticipate what stock/packaging etc. is required and restocked in a timely fashion
- Supplying raw and retail departments with cleaning implements and chemicals as required
- Ensuring the cold store breakdown procedure is followed
- Conducting accurate stock take (weekly cycle counts) as required
- Maintaining safe working practices and ensuring that the area and equipment is always kept in a clean, tidy and safe condition
- Monitoring and controlling any negative environmental impact arising from the processes within the area of responsibility; ensuring that all direct reports and colleagues are briefed and clear in regard to their responsibilities
