We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Worcestershire area that are looking for an excellent and experienced European Road Freight Operator with Import/ Export experience.

Responsibilities:
* Handling Road Freight shipments from start to finish
* Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
* Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times.
* Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
* Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
* Completion of Customs declarations - Import/ Export
Requirements:
* Previous experience working on Road Freight Shipments
* Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
* Excellent customer service skills
