Location: Solihull (Office Based) – Ideal for candidates living in or near Coventry
Pay: £13.47 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: 3 months, with potential to extend
Hours: Full Time (37 hours) – flexible working required, including evenings (up to 8pm) and some Saturdays.
We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Family Time Worker to support children and families by supervising Family Time sessions, promoting positive relationships, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children.
### Key Responsibilities
Supervise Family Time sessions between children and their families.
Record accurate observations and complete reports.
Support parents with positive parenting advice and guidance.
Assist Social Workers with parenting assessments.
Transport children to and from Family Time sessions when required.
Attend meetings and contribute to care planning and reviews.
Maintain accurate records and report safeguarding concerns promptly.
### Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health & Social Care (or similar), or relevant experience working with children and families.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Good understanding of safeguarding.
Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle (essential).
Enhanced DBS for Children is required
