Hours 4 x 12 hour shifts 07:00 - 19:00 includung 2 x 60 min breaks - covering all 7 days on rota basis

As our Head Cook, you'll be at the helm of our kitchen, leading a dedicated team to deliver mouth-watering meals that cater to the diverse tastes of our clients. Your culinary expertise and creativity will shine as you prepare nutritious and appetising dishes, ensuring every meal is a delightful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to create high-quality meals.
Plan and design menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
