How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    SAP Master Data Analyst

    Doncaster / Rotherham - £35k - £60k DOE + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Stats

    A permanent position for an SAP Master Data Analyst to join a forward-thinking manufacturing organisation currently transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Working closely with production, planning, procurement and warehouse teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of business-critical master data and supporting the organisation's SAP transformation journey.

    Reporting to the SAP Business Analyst, you will take ownership of material master data across the manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with SAP Materials Management experience who is looking to develop their SAP career further, with exposure to Warehouse Management and Transport Management as the business continues to expand its SAP capabilities.

    SAP Master Data Analyst, the role:

    Managing and maintaining material master data

    Creating and maintaining Bills of Material (BOMs)

    Maintaining variant configuration data

    Managing MRP data including safety stocks and planned independent requirements

    Maintaining standard costings and managing supplier information records

    Supporting continuous improvement initiatives inc. process improvements and data governance

    Ensuring accurate and timely reporting through quality master data management

    Supporting the adoption of SAP standard configuration across the business

    In order to be considered for the SAP Master Data Analyst role, you will:

    Have experience working within an SAP environment

    Be familiar with materials management and master data processes

    Have a methodical and detail-oriented approach with strong organisational and planning skills

    Be solutions-driven with the ability to improve processes and accommodate new business requirements

    Have strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships

    Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving

    Benefits of the SAP Master Data Analyst role:

    Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

    Holidays: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays

    Pension: Company Pension Scheme

    Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 4.30pm, finishing at 4pm on Fridays
