Warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
Loading, unloading and moving stock safely throughout the warehouse.
Labelling products and maintaining accurate stock locations.
Using warehouse computer systems to process orders and update stock.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Supporting the wider warehouse operation as required.Working Hours

AM Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)
PM Shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm)
37.5-hour working week
30-minute unpaid lunch
Overtime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hoursSkills, Experience & Training Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
Own transport is essential due to the location and shift times.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Basic computer literacy.
Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.Our Ideal Candidate
