Warehouse Operative

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous warehouse or manufacturing experience, or for school leavers looking to begin a career in a fast-paced environment.

* Use a device to accurately select products in the warehouse for customers.

* You will be picking and packing using a handgun to select the products

* Organise and maintain inventory records to ensure efficient stock management.

* Complete all necessary paperwork and system updates

* Identify and suggest ways to improve warehouse operations and efficiency.

* Handle urgent calls and requests from colleagues and other departments.

This role is paying £13 per hour and increases to £13.50 after 6 months. Additionally, you will rotate between two shift patterns Week 1: 6am-2pm and Week 2 - 10am-6pm
