Job Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operational performance.
Perform routine inspections and safety checks in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including reports and maintenance logs.
Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high standards of service and support.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician within a civils or Drainage environment.
High Pressure Jetting
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
Flexibility to respond to emergency call-outs and work outside of standard hours if required.
Valid UK driving licence.
