How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What you'll be doing.


    • Partner with leaders to shape people plans that support organisational priorities.
    • Coach and develop managers, building confidence, capability and accountability.
    • Lead and support organisational change, ensuring initiatives are successfully implemented and embedded.
    • Influence decision-making through data, insight and practical HR expertise.
    • Drive improvements across employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and people practices.
    • Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development initiatives.
    • Help simplify processes and identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
    • Work collaboratively across the wider People team to deliver strategic priorities.


    What we're looking for.

    You'll already have experience operating as an HR Business Partner or in a broad, strategic HR generalist role. More importantly, you'll be someone who:

    • Enjoys building trusted relationships.
    • Knows how to influence without relying on authority.
    • Is naturally curious and enjoys understanding the business before suggesting solutions.
    • Is comfortable coaching, supporting and constructively challenging managers.
    • Can balance empathy with accountability.
    • Enjoys taking ownership and seeing projects through to completion.


    You'll understand that great Business Partnering isn't about having all the answers.

    It's about asking the right questions, bringing people with you and helping organisations achieve lasting change.
