We're looking for reliable Recycling Pickers to join a busy recycling site in the CV6 area, with immediate starts available.
🕑 Shifts:
* AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* PM Shift: 2:00 PM – Midnight
* Monday to Friday
⚠️ Please note: Applicants must be fully flexible to work both AM and PM shifts. Your permanent shift will not be confirmed until after your first shift, so flexibility is essential.
💷 Pay Rates:
PAYE:
* £12.71 per hour (before 6:00 PM)
* £13.71 per hour (after 6:00 PM)
Rolled-Up Holiday Pay:
* £14.25 per hour (before 6:00 PM)
* £15.36 per hour (after 6:00 PM)
⏱️ Hours:
* 45 paid hours per week
🗣️ Requirements:
* Basic English communication skills.
* Previous experience working in a recycling, warehouse, or picking environment is preferred.
* Reliable, hardworking, and available to start immediately.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and carry out manual handling duties.
