SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Finchley who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nurturing Early Years setting, supporting young children at a crucial stage of their development. The school are looking for someone with prior experience as a Teaching Assistant who can confidently support both learning and play-based activities.

The school are seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant who can support pupils across Nursery/Reception, working closely with the class teacher and wider team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting learning through play and structured activities
* Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy
* Helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment
* Supporting children's social and emotional development
* Working collaboratively with staff to ensure consistency across the setting
* Maintaining a positive and proactive approach in the classroom
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
* Experience within Early Years (preferred)
* A positive, team-player mentality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
