Paint Plant Team Leader Job Description
Lead the Paint Plant team to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.

Ensure manufacturing processes, work instructions and 5S standards are consistently followed.

Monitor production performance, equipment, stock transactions and production documentation.

Drive continuous improvement through problem solving, root cause analysis and process optimisation.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards across the department.

Paint Plant Team Leader Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.

NVQ Level 2, BTEC or equivalent qualification, with willingness to work towards a recognised supervisory qualification.

Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, quality systems and manufacturing KPIs.

Excellent IT, analytical and problem-solving skills with a flexible and proactive approach.
