How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We need someone who can turn data theory into real workplace capability, helping learners build the confidence and commercial instinct to make an impact with data from week one of their programme.We need someone ready to transform aspiring learners into high-performing data professionals by delivering world-class coaching and training that drives real business impact.


    The Quick Facts

    Location: Remote-first (with occasional travel for team events or customer meetings)

    Contract: Full-time, Permanent

    Start: As soon as possible

    Must hold (or be able to pass) an Enhanced DBS check

    The real work: Most of your time is spent delivering high-quality training sessions (group and 1-2-1) on data analytics and giving constructive, developmental feedback on workplace projects. It moves fast, sometimes gets messy, but never boring.


    The environment: We work remote-first. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be expected to own your results from day one. Apprentify is a scale-up; processes are still being built and things evolve quickly. The people who thrive here see that as an opportunity, not a problem.

    The honest hard bit: Managing the full apprentice journey while balancing compliance tracking and high-quality coaching. Apprentices learn at different speeds, and keeping everyone on track for their End-Point Assessment requires serious organisational stamina. If you can handle that, you'll love it here.


    This is for you if:

    • You have a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience working directly within data analytics, computer science, or statistics/mathematics.
    • You have proven experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitation in a professional or educational setting.
    • You care about unlocking talent and possess a solid understanding of adult learning principles and work-based learning.
    • You are confident using digital tools, managing online learning platforms, and providing high-quality, written developmental feedback on assignments.
    • You understand (or are ready to fully own) Safeguarding, Prevent, and Equality & Diversity responsibilities.


    This is not for you if:

    • Your data knowledge is theoretical and you can't explain complex concepts to non-technical learners.
    • You need a step-by-step guide for every task.
    • You prefer slow, predictable work.
    • You don't enjoy being challenged to grow.
    • You have never trained/coached others before.
    • You cannot pass an Enhanced DBS check.
