Basic salary of £28,213.56 and £3,000 bonus with pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services
Due to continued growth, our Glasgow based site have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
As a Warehouse and Distribution Manager, you'll use your knowledge and experience to oversee all warehouse operations and distribution activities, ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective storage and movement of goods. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimising inventory control, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous operational improvement across the business.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing warehouse teams
- Managing warehouse and distribution operations to meet customer and business requirements
- Promoting a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment
- Driving continuous improvement through effective use of systems, data, and performance metrics
- Supporting cost control, operational efficiency, and business growth initiatives
Do you have what it takes to be a Quickco colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience leading warehouse and distribution operations.
- Strong organisational, planning, and people-management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, communication, and cost control.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Counter Balance FLT Licence and First Aid certification are advantageous.
