Your Education Professionals are looking for dedicated, flexible Teaching Assistants to support our Rotherham based academies.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with a range of needs (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and Speech & Language needs)
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Help pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills
* Implement behaviour support strategies and promote positive learning
* Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
* Contribute to an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Ideal candidates will be:
* Caring, patient, and committed to supporting young people
* Adaptable, confident working in different school environments and age ranges
* Interested in or willing to learn about SEND
* Holders of a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in alternative provision, care settings or supporting those with additional needs is highly beneficial.
