The Role
As a Panel Beater, you'll play a key role in restoring accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
·Carry out panel repairs using recognised repair methods and manufacturer guidelines.
·Remove, repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
·Realign vehicle panels and chassis using specialist repair equipment.
·Work closely with Paint Technicians and other workshop colleagues to ensure an efficient repair process.
·Complete repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
·Carry out final quality inspections before vehicles progress to the next stage of repair.
·Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
·Follow all health and safety procedures and company quality standards.

About You
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Panel Beater who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and enjoys working within a busy bodyshop environment.

You should have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician.
·A strong understanding of modern vehicle repair techniques.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing first-class repairs.
·Strong organisational and time management skills.
·ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential).
·A full UK driving licence.
