How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Class 2 (Cat C) Driver – Stanford-le-Hope

    £18.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm | ADR Training Available

    Looking for a Class 2 role with great hours, no heavy lifting, and the opportunity to gain your ADR qualification?

    We're recruiting a Class 2 (Cat C) Driver for a well-established company based in Stanford-le-Hope. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent weekday work, excellent rates of pay, and genuine career progression.

    What We Offer

    Monday to Friday
    06:00 – 16:00
    Temp-to-perm opportunity
    Immediate start available
    ADR licence is a bonus but NOT essential
    ADR training can be fully funded for the right candidate

    The Role

    You'll be delivering and collecting palletised goods to commercial customers across Essex, Kent, London, and the Southeast.

    Your day will typically include:

    Completing your daily vehicle checks
    Collecting your delivery paperwork
    Checking and securing your load
    Carrying out multiple deliveries and collections throughout the day
    Providing a professional and reliable service to customers

    No Heavy Manual Handling

    This role is designed with the driver in mind:

    75% of deliveries are unloaded by forklift
    The remaining 25% are completed using a tail lift
    No heavy manual lifting required

    ✅ Requirements

    Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
    Valid CPC Qualification Card
    Digital Tachograph Card
    Good understanding of driver hours and road safety
    Reliable, professional attitude
    ADR Licence desirable but not essential
