Position: SEN Support Assistant

What You'll Be Doing
Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Assisting students in achieving their individual learning and developmental targets.
Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and understood.

✔ Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs.

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
