We are on the lookout for a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef to join a busy, fresh food-led pub in the Lyndhurst area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is ready to step into a key leadership role.

Competitive salary of £37,500 - £39,000
Bonus scheme + £5,000-£8,000 in tips
Live-in accommodation available
48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

The Role:
As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to help drive the kitchen forward, maintaining high standards and delivering consistently excellent fresh food. You'll play a key role in leading the team, managing service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong Sous Chef experience in a busy fresh food pub or independent restaurant
✅ Confident leading service and supporting junior chefs
✅ Passion for quality, seasonal food
✅ Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
✅ A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
