How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Are you an experienced fiduciary professional looking to elevate your career within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment?

At Bullfinch, we believe that exceptional client service is built on a foundation of valued, empowered employees. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Trust and Company Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Isle of Man. In this permanent, office-based role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of international clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a firm that actively invests in your professional growth and celebrates your success.

    Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Trust and Company Administrator at Bullfinch, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio and play a key role in our daily operations. Your main duties will include:

    * Portfolio Management: Managing the day-to-day administration of a complex portfolio of trusts and corporate structures in accordance with local regulations and internal policies.

    * Client Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, high-net-worth individuals, and professional intermediaries, fostering long-term relationships built on trust.

    * Statutory Compliance: Overseeing statutory filings, maintaining accurate corporate records, minutes, and registers, and ensuring all transactions meet strict regulatory compliance standards.

    * Transaction Execution: Reviewing, preparing, and executing complex transaction documentation, including acquisitions, distributions, and restructuring agreements.

    * Team Support: Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior administrators, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

    Required Skills & Experience

To thrive in this role and deliver the high standard of service Bullfinch is known for, you should possess:

    * Industry Experience: A minimum of 4–5 years of progressive experience in trust and corporate administration, ideally within the Isle of Man fiduciary sector.

    * Professional Qualification: A fully completed or significantly advanced professional qualification, such as STEP or ICSA/CGI.

    * Regulatory Knowledge: A robust understanding of Isle of Man fiduciary legislation, AML/CFT regulations, and general compliance requirements.

    * Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and legal concepts clearly to clients.

    * Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure.

    Nice-to-Have

While not strictly required, the following attributes will set your application apart:

    * Experience working with specialised trust administration software (such as Viewpoint or Microgen/NavOne).

    * A background or proven interest in handling structures holding niche asset classes, such as real estate or superyachts.

What We Offer / Why Join Bullfinch

At Bullfinch, we understand that our people are our greatest asset. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with your experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes private medical insurance, a generous pension contribution, and full study support for your continuing professional development.

You will work from our modern, centrally located office in the Isle of Man, enjoying a vibrant workplace culture that promotes a healthy work-life balance and regular team social events. If you are ready to take the next step in your career with a supportive and ambitious firm, we would love to hear from you
