Qualifications:
- Experience in demolition work or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools, masonry tools, hand tools, and other equipment.
- Knowledge of basic construction principles such as plumbing, painting, welding, electrical work, carpentry, and fabrication.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
