Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Service Manager to oversee the service function and support the ongoing development of the engineering team.

This is a Monday to Friday, days-based position based from the company's modern offices with occasional site visits. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, coordinating service operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role.

Office-based role - Monday to Friday (occasional travel).
Managing and supporting a team of Service / Field Engineers.
Overseeing service operations, projects, and day-to-day activities.
Driving service performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and engineers.The person.

Service Management / Team Leader experience.
Background within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Looking for a long-term, stable position.
Commutable to Redditch.
