We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Temporary Receptionist to join our clients team with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Managing emails and correspondence
Maintaining reception and meeting room areas
Providing general administrative support as requiredRequirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
