Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
Experience supporting children or young people in an educational or care setting is advantageous
Empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with pupils
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Able to respond effectively to the varying needs of individual learners
Resilient and confident in supporting pupils who may face challenges in education
Enthusiastic about contributing to children's progress and wellbeing
